Inkin with Val

Susan did a frame for her family name and used some cool colours. The photo really does not to this frame justice as it is really beautiful in person. The texture of the different papers gives the stamped lettering a great background.

Joyce created this for her daughter. She used a combination of earth tones and cranberry/burgundy which are just up Carolyn's alley. Carolyn's name is stamped in bravo burgundy using the Letterpress Alphabet. The buttons scattered and the Cranberry Crisp stitched grosgrain add dimension to the whole project.

Yes, I am finally uploading a completed class. Both groups did a great job with their frames, and everyone was so excited with what they had created. So many more ideas came out of what they did and I'll bet about half the gals will make another frame soon. Anyways, in no particular order, the first batch ... except that I will show mine first ;)... I made this and have it on my desk at work... Where I work is a large call center and when I was still on the main floor, I had to share (horrors) my cubicle with another agent. Now, we have moved upstairs to the mezzanine and we have enough desks, so I no longer share... don't get me wrong, I don't mind sharing, but my desk space was sort of personal. Anyways, I hope you like these and will send some comments for the gals! This next one deserves a little explanation and maybe Fiona will make a comment as to what exactly the acronym stands for.
